Terms of Purchase – Svea Barrier

These Terms of Purchase apply to all orders placed through https://www.SveaBarrier.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Ordering and Contract

When you complete a purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. This confirmation serves as an acknowledgment that we have received your order. A binding purchase agreement is only formed once you receive a shipping confirmation email from us.

2. Pricing and Currency

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

    • North America: 5–12 business days.

    • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days.

  • Shipping Risk: Svea Barrier is responsible for the goods until they have reached the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

When ordering from Svea Barrier to a country outside of Sweden, you are responsible for any local import duties and taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. We cannot refund shipping costs for orders returned due to unpaid customs fees.

6. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected from a pick-up point or if delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover our shipping and handling costs.

7. Product Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all products (Locobase, etc.) are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized Swedish pharmaceutical distributors. All products have a minimum of 6 months shelf life unless otherwise stated.
