Our 14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your package. Because we sell Pharmacy-Grade products, we have strict hygiene standards to protect all our customers.

Unopened Products: We accept returns on all items that are in their original, unopened packaging with the safety seal intact.

Opened Products: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened, tested, or used.
How to Request a Return

Ship the Item: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to our warehouse in Sweden.

Return Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Did your purchased arrive with a broken pump? Or did you receive the wrong product? We’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include a photo of the damage or the incorrect item.

We will send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

Method: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).

Timeframe: It usually takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
International Orders & Customs
Svea Barrier is not responsible for packages seized or returned by customs due to local regulations or unpaid import duties. In these cases, we can only issue a refund for the product cost (not shipping) once the package is returned to us in Sweden.
